Dr. Joke Alesh

Dr. Alesh

Dr. Alesh was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, and is an alumnus of Classical High school. Her interest in dentistry began at just four years old, as she was inspired by the positive impact that her pediatric dentist had on her.

Dr. Alesh went on to become a ”triple jumbo” at Tufts University, triple majoring in community health, child development, and biomedical engineering. She then went on to earn both her master’s degree in public health at Tufts Medical School and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During this time, Dr. Alesh was very involved in student activities and served as the president of the Student National Dental Association.

In addition to practicing clinical dentistry, Dr. Alesh also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of RI Dental Health Program and is a member of the RI Dental Association New Dentist Committee. She continues to show her love and loyalty to Tufts as a member of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Board of Advisors.

Dr. Alesh has always had a profound love for learning and challenging herself academically, and she continues to be a lifelong learner by routinely participating in continuing education courses. Dr. Alesh looks forward to working with you and your family!

We always want to be there for your family any time you need us. Our office offers evening hours on Mondays and Tuesdays to make it easier for patients to get the care they require. We also strive to offer same-day treatment post-diagnosis whenever possible to provide our patients with the services they need in an efficient manner. Our practice accepts emergency dental visits as well; should you or a loved one find yourself in need of emergency treatment, please give our office a call, and we will be happy to assist you.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alesh and the rest of the staff. They’re so kind and caring, I never felt uncomfortable even though it’s been a little while since I’ve been to the dentist and I don’t have the best teeth. The office is also beautifully designed and they thought of every detail. You can even watch TV while you get your cleaning done! Highly recommended!

This is one Dental office that add class and elegance to a Dentist office. The decor will definitely cool nerves that is associated with Dental Hygiene visit. Dr Alesh and her staff are very courteous, welcoming and makes your visit as pleasant as possible. A visit will convince you, I guarantee it

Wow wow wow, from the moment you walk in to meet the front desk staff to the beautiful decor, you feel like royalty. Dr. Alesh and her team are absolutely phenomenal. This is much more then a dental experience, it is a relaxing environment that sees you as a human being and cares about your relaxation and wellness. They team takes thorough photos of your mouth as a new patient, getting all the angles. You then get your choices for comfort a blanket, headphones, Netflix, etc. They use water to clean your teeth, minimal scraping and no rough edges aftercare. I cannot say enough about this spa treatment! Thank you so much to each and everyone one of you, looking forward to coming back soon!

Does your dentist do tooth gems? From getting seated in the chair to stepping out it was a smooth experience. I had a wide variety of gems to choose from. Dr. Alesh is so kind and made my smile extra beautiful with the heart I picked out. I was blown away by the excellent care her staff offered. It’s been a month and I’m still receiving compliments. I highly recommend if you're seeking for a reputable office to have your tooth gem.

Stop looking, just book an appointment!The staff at Marigold is friendly, professional, and keeps you apprised of the next steps during your entire appointment.When you first walk in your warmly greeted not just by the staff but how nice the office is! They have cold water in the waiting room as well as boxed water, which is a really nice touch. The rooms feel private, high end, and a large flat screen displays your by name in each room.The music playing in the office very quickly put me at ease. Don’t worry, you won’t be listening to Tom Pettys “Free Falling” for two hours during your appointment (no offense Tom) - instead there’s a mix of throwbacks and modern tracks that makes the whole experience feel more comfortable. They also offer at each appointment to play a show for you (TV mounted to ceiling) which is a really nice offering for those who like a little extra distraction.And the staff! Wow! Every single person i’ve interacted with at this office has been wonderful.I’m a nervous person when it comes to the dentist and I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for the entire time. I’ll be recommending this office to everyone I know. It’s places like this that make neighborhoods great and I’m so grateful Marigold set up shop in mine.

I had the best experience at marigold dental! The staff was welcoming and friendly and paid attention to all the small details to optimize my comfort. They offered me a blanket, ambient music and I got to watch my favorite show on Netflix in my dental suite. Plus Dr. Alesh was amazing! My cleaning was the most pain free cleaning I have ever had. She created a custom plan for me that factored in all the things I wanted. This changed the way I experienced dental care forever. For the first time I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist.
